Do Shave Points expire?
Yes, all Shave Points will expire within 12 months of when they were earned.
Can I earn Shave Points with my subscription?
Absolutely! Every dollar spent here at HeadBlade will get you Shave Points in return. Please note that rewards cannot be applied to existing or new subscription orders.
Can I earn Shave Points from an Amazon order?
We may be able to convert your HeadBlade Amazon order to Shave Points if it was placed within 12 months, and if the order was placed through HeadBlade. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a photo of your receipt or order confirmation.
My Shave Points are not applying to my order.
We do not allow Shave Points to be used on subscription items, or alongside any other promos. If you are having issues applying your rewards coupon to the cart, please contact our customer service at info@headblade.com.
I redeemed my Shave Points but I changed my mind. Can I return them back to my account?
If you've already redeemed Shave Points for a reward, you can't return the points to your account. But the coupon you redeemed will not expire, and you can use it on a future purchase when you are ready.

Do my Shave Points disappear if I return my order?
Yes, Shave Points earned from a purchase will be automatically deducted once the purchase is refunded.
